La nostra casa
80 sq metres loft in modernist building. It's located in Poble Nou neighbourhood ( the Barcelona NY Soho ),within a 5 minute walk from the beach, and a 10 minute ride ( or by tube) to the center . Our building is in a pedestrian area and just in front of the local market. There are also some shops,cafes and restaurants.
The flat is one long space with a lot of light as it has balconies outside the bedrooms and a gallery in the living room. It's ideal for a couple but can accommodate up to 4 people as there are sliding doors that separate the spaces.
The central kitchen with a fireplace and a bar is the heart of the flat.
We have a very cosy room for the kids (photo coming soon)

Poble Nou is a mixture of traditional family residences, refurbished factories from the 1900s, artists' studios, media companies, new technologies companies headquarters.... all of these have turned Poble Nou into one of the hippest areas of Barcelona. The beach within walking distance from our loft is an extra attraction both at day and night.

Chi siamo
We (Ignacio, 45 and Melania, 37) moved to the neighbourghood three years ago attracted by the area and ready to restore and modernize our 1880's flat. I have an educational company (www.britishsummer.com) and Melania is the Head of Studies of a language school. Our latest professional project has been opening one of the most singular hotels in Spain (www.consolacion.com.es). We have two kids, Lucas is now 3 years-old and Mia is 1.5 years old.
