La Casa
maison contemporaine lumineuse et agréable composée d'une grande pièce salon ,salle à manger et cuisine équipée (lave vaisselle, four , four micro ondes) , de 4 chambres, d'un bureau sur le palier, d'une salle de bains avec 2 lavabos, baignoire/douche, 2WC, un garage, un grand sous sol avec lave linge et sèche linge. Nous disposons en plus d'un lit de bébé.
Nous mettons à votre disposition 2 ordinateurs avec accès internet et wifi.
Nous avons une belle terrasse en bois avec barbecue et vue sur la campagne et un jardin fleuri.
Le quartier est très calme , proche à pied du centre ville et des supermarchés.
A luminous contemporary house consisting of a large lounge-room, dining-room and kitchen (with a dishwasher, oven, microwave), with 4 rooms, an office on the landing, one bathroom (2 sinks, a tub/shower), 2 toilets, a wide basement with a washing machine and a dryer. We also have a baby-bed.
We offer you 2 computers with an internet access and wifi.
We have a nice wood-terrace with barbecue and a sight on the countryside and a well flowered-garden.
The neighborhood is really calm, near to the city-center by walking and from the supermarkets.

Nous habitons une petite ville alsacienne avec toutes les commodités (supermarchés, gare, hôpital...) à 35 km de Strasbourg et à seulement 2 heures de Paris en TGV.
Notre maison est à la fois proche du centre ville et dans la campagne (Nous avons une superbe vue sur les champs)
Saverne est une jolie petite ville au pied des Vosges qui offre beaucoup de possibilités sportives :randonnées dans les Vosges, vélo sur la piste cyclable au bord du canal (possibilité d'aller jusqu'à Strasbourg), natation à la piscine, parcours accrobranches , rollers... mais aussi culturelles (musée, châteaux...)
De Saverne, vous pourrez visiter Strasbourg, Colmar,les villages typiquement alsaciens de Riquewihr, Kayserberg ...
Vous pourrez également vous rendre en Allemagne (40 km), en Foret Noire, à Baden Baden, à Europa Park...
L'aéroport le plus proche est Strasbourg (à30 min), celui de Baden Baden est à 1 heure de route (avec des liaisons Ryan air), et celui de Francfort à 2 h 30.
En train, de Saverne, vous serez en 2 heures à Paris.
We live in a small Alsatian town with all the conveniences (supermarkets, train station, hospital…) that is 35 km (≈22 miles) away from Strasbourg and only 2 hours away from Paris with the TGV.
Our house is both close to the center and on the countryside (we have a great sight on fields). Saverne is a nice small town at the foot of the Vosges that offers loads of sport activities such as hiking (and biking) in the Vosges, cycling on the bicycle path along the canal (possibility to go to Strasbourg), swimming at our nice swimming pool, tree climbing courses, roller skating, climbing…but also cultural activities (castles, museums…).
From Saverne you can visit Strasbourg, Colmar, the typical Alsatian villages from Kaysersberg, Riquewihr… You can also go to Germany (40km; ≈ 25miles), to the Mirkwood, to Baden-Baden, to Europa Park…
The closest airport is at Strasbourg (30min), the Baden-Baden one is 1hour riding away (connections with Ryanair) and the one at Frankfort is 2hours and 30minutes away by riding. By train (TGV) you’ll be in 2 hours at Paris and 25 min at Strasbourg

Nous sommes un couple franco allemand , professeur des Ecoles et graphiste. Nous avons 3 filles de 15, 13 et 8 ans.
Nous avons aussi une chatte , Lune, dont il faudra s'occuper pendant nos vacances.
