Our villa is situated in a upscaled area of Purmerend very close to Amsterdam (15km). It has 2 bedrooms (one with a kingsize bed 2,20m x 2.00m) at the first floor and two bedrooms at the attic, one luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a big bathtub. There are two seperate toilets (ground and first floor) and a separate double sink at the attic.(our children use it to brush their teeth) At the ground floor we have a garage with bikes and a second fridge.(cars can be parked next to the house) The fireplace divides the living-room. In the living-room we have a part where you can watch tv or dvd,listen to music or read a book next to the fireplace On the other side of the fireplace is the diningtable for 8 people. The kitchen has all you need. Fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, steamoven, cooker,dishwasher etc. The garden is spacial. You can sit in different places.There is an outside diningtable. Swim in the pool or lay on a sunbed. Since the villa is waterfront you can also use the canoe and see the area from the water. Or trie to catch a fish.(small fish and carp) You can also use the barbeque to have a nice evening.
The house is cool but if necessary there is a mobile airconditioning.

Purmerend is situated 15 km from the centre of Amsterdam, Volendam and the Beemster area.The airport of Amsterdam is half an hour away by car or train.
Our villa is in an upscaled area. Our street is quiet, only has local traffic, and children can play safely outside.
Purmerend has a center with a shoppingmall, theatre,cinema,a market,golf course, hospital and lots of restaurants.(also a Mc Donalds at 500m for the children)
From our villa you can travel by car, bus (400m),train (1km) or bike.Even hiking to Amsterdam or Volendam is possible.(15km)
Just around the corner is nature where you can walk to see the cows, sheep and birds.
So you can enjoy the quitness, luxury, safety and fresh air of the countryside but you are very close to Amsterdam and a lot of other attractions as Volendam, Beemster and the Zaanse Schans (windmills).
Also the North Sea is just 40 minutes away and has beatifull beaches.
Our family lives very nearby so they can help you with anything if necessary.
The use of our car might be possible. |

We would like to travel to Italy one time in the summer.
Also we would like to see NY one time and travel to Florida or California.
Canada also attracts us.
My sister lives in Cape Town so we want te go there also.
We prefer a house in a nice quiet and safe area.

Our family consists 4 persons.
Rikkert, 39, does sales for an life-insurance company. Likes sports, especially soccer.
Ellis, 39, works in a hospital as a physician assistent. Likes to read and chat with girlsfriends.
Eva, 11, likes to play with girlfriends,nintendo, PC and plays hockey.
Femke, 9, likes to play with girlfriends,nintendo, PC and plays hockey.
Siep the dog likes to play with a tennisball. When we go abroad Siep joins our family but maybe she can stay at home with you if you like.
We are very careful and responsible and would take very good care of your house, cottage or apartment in case of an exchange.
