large living room with double sofa-bed. So many opportunities are available and it can accomodate for up to 7 people.
Fully equiped ( washing and drying machines, dishwasher, microwave, Plasma screen TV, DVD reader, laptop, connexion to internet,WIFI. )


We may have also the opportunity to swap our other family's flat 'rue de venise' in Le Marais , when rue de Seine is not available. The flat is the same size as rue de Seine, with 2 bedrooms but a much bigger
living room and heigh ceilings. The spirit is more contemporary with lots of paintings and art. All the pictures with "rue de Venise" are about it. The flat is one minute walk from Centre Pompidou, modern art museum. The area in Le Marais is the most lively in Paris and a few minutes walking also from Notre Dame and Le Louvre museum. The main station "Chatelet" (2mns walk) has 5 metro lines and 2 RER connections to airports. You can check on Google map.

FOR this summer we will swap our flat in Le Marais as my daughters will stay rue de Seine for interns. It is less than 10 mns walk from St Germain des Prés, by crossing Pont des Arts or Pont Neuf bridges... hard track!!

The neighbourhood : 'St Germain des Prés', historic center of Paris, is the best one for monuments (Louvre, Notre-Dame, Gare d'Orsay museum, within walking distance) .
The street : rue de Seine, famous for all its chic art galleries and its varnishing sessions.
2 mn on foot from the river Seine (Pont des Arts) and 8mn from the Luxembourg garden

All aspects of parisian life: restaurants and 'cafés', theaters, jazz and concerts places, movies.
Wonderful chic and trendy shopping area.
