1.- Our house (photos 1 -24), called Villa Avandaro, is an old but renovated house with high cealings (4 mts), wood windows and beautifully coloured floors. It has a patio full of plants behind the kitchen where the breakfasts and dinners taste better. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, bureau, play room (with a canape 150X200), fully equiped kitchen, laundry room. TV satelite, internet.

Its very spacious (200 mtrs) and confortable.We live in the ground floor. Perfect for a family with children, who can play, read and relax in their own play room. It has a cosy patio with a beautiful and old fig tree for breakfasts and dinners in a fresh atmosphere (the photo needs to be updated).

The house is unique, protected as an historic building for its special arquitecture in Malaga.

2.- We also have available for exchange our house in Ferreirola (photos 25 - 30), little village in Las Alpujarras (Granada). It has 6 beedrooms, twoo bathrooms (bath and shower), a kitchen and a 2 livingrooms (with fireplaces), a terrace with a beautiful wiew of the mountains, and a small garden. Ancient house renovated in 2004, keeping the originals materials .

Our house is in a quiet street but close to the historic centre of Malaga and the beach. The neighborhood is full of the shops you need for your dairy shopping (bread, meat, fish, fruit and vegetables, electrics items...) and fives minutes walking you have restaurants, tapas bar, ices creams. Just 1 minute walking, it is the historic Santuario de la Virgen de la Victoria, where you will find also a small park with gardens and playground (very nice in summer).

Las Alpujarras as its called the area where Ferreirola lies, is composed by a beautiful chain of mountains (Natural Park) and white villages with a morocco style and a very calm atmosphere. Its full of paths with differentes levels of difficulty, so they can be enjoyed by experienced walkers and families with kids.

Very close to the city beaches. 15 minutes walking to the Picasso Museum.
35 minutes driving splendid beaches of Maro (Nerja).
45 minutes driving to Marbella.
1 and half hour driving to Tarifa (Cadiz) where yo can take the boat (30 mn) to Morocco.

2 hours driving to Seville.
1 hour driving to Granada. 2 hours to Las Alpujarras.
1 hour driving to Cordoba.
3 hours to Almeria.

Many beautiful villages are well worthy seeing in Malaga (Ronda, Antequera, Gaucín, Casares, Frigiliana, Setenil, Cortes de la Frontera...)

we are open to exchange our home during the month of august 2013 or 3 o 4 weeks.

We are four in the family. Sonia and Carlos, we are both lawyers and work together. Our children, Téa (8 years) and Leo (6 years) go to the Lycée Français de Málaga, where they are very happy. We like trekking, cycling, kayaks and just relax in the nature or walkings the streets of a nice city or village.

We love travelling and explore other countries. We have already done 3 exchanges and they have been perfects experiences. Thus we are willing to make it again. This time we are open to any destination, 3/4 weeks in agoust 2013.We also have Christmas and Easter free.
