The flat is sunny and airy, built in the 30s and it is part of a block of flats surrounded by a big and beautiful italian garden, with a familiar atmosphere. The flat is on the 4th floor(without lift) and is formed by a bedroom with a big double bed and a built-in wardrobe; a big and sunny living room where you can relax watching tv, listening to some music or just enjoying the outstanding view of St Peter's dome from the little terrace. There is also a little and well equipped kitchen connected with a room to dine and a bathroom with a small bathtub.
The house is equipped with all the comforts: a washing machine, a iron, television, WI/FI and a notebook and a central heating for the coldest months.
If you love to go cycling two bicycles are available,you can reach in few minutes the bicycle path wich goes along the River to the very center of the city.

The flat is very close to the city centre:

- 15 minutes by bus from Piazza del Popolo/Via del Corso
- 20 minutes by bus from St. Peter Cathedral
- 5 minutes walking from Stadio Olimpico,wich hosts the serie A football games during the winter and the most important concert in the summer time.

The neighborhood is very renowned, near the river Tiber and the anciest Rome bridge: PONTE MILVIO, famous on every city guide for his love padlocks (but above all for its history...). The district is well known for its night life, it is full of restaurants for every tastes, from sushi to tipical roman food, and pubs where you can drink a large choice of typical italian wine. Anyway the house is in a very quiet area,you can trust me! Another attraction for the football lover is the Olympic stadium, that you can reach by foot. Nearby the house you can find a loads of shops: a supermarket, a local market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, various cake shops and ice cream parlour...so you're not going to starve!

Two bicycles are avaliable! Bicycle-path few minutes walking distance.

The house is close to public trasports.

Please note that we can host only a couple of people, NO FAMILIES sorry.

Wi-Fi connection avaliable.

We would prefer to exchange the house on August, short weekends and during Christmas or Easter holidays.

Hello! We are an Italian couple, Fiammetta and Andrea.

Fiammetta ,33 years old, is a nursery school teacher.

Andrea, 41 years old, manage his pub in the city centre and promote music events.

We enjoy good food, cooking, listening to many kind of music, going to the cinema and live concerts.
We are responsible, clean and tidy persons, respectful to other people things. We will be treating your place like ours ( or rather better :) ) and hope for the same from your side.

We did some other prior exchanges and met really lovely people, all great experiences!

We will do our best to make you feel at home, while staying in our apartment. We will leave you maps and a list of places of interest to visit and some of our favourites restaurants and food shops that are not tourist traps!

We love this way to travel, that give you the real opportunity to get a piece of the way of life of the local people and avoid a cold and impersonal hotel room!
