La nostra casa
We live in an old industrial building fully restored by ourselves 7 years ago to settle in it. Our home is 200 m2 large, divided into a 150 m2 main floor with an up to 6m high ceiling, a 20 m2 mezzanine floor and a 30m2 terrace with great 360º views. It is very bright, open spaces, and includes every equipment and comforts you could need.

We live just a seven minutes (600m) walk away from the beach, very close to the 1992 Olympic Games’ Olympic Village . The downtown is very accessible, just 3 stops by metro or bus, or a 15 min trip by bike . Our neighborhood, Poblenou - Sant Martí, is an old industrial district of Barcelona, now in full swing to become a modern district of Information Technology and Communication (ICT).
