Apartment is quiet, sunny and fully furnished. Includes free access to cable TV and wireless Internet. There is dryer and washing machine inside apartment. Cooking-ready full kitchen, with stove, microwave, tall fridge, utensils, pots, china, silverware.
There are common areas in the complex which you will have the right to use at no additional cost:
- gym
- running track
- basketball and paddle courts (need to make reservation)
- grill area (need to make reservation)
- auditorium (need to make reservation)
- business center - for business meetings - including wireless Internet
- convenience store

The apartment is located in the new section of Polanco. Polanco is a centrally located neighborhood, mixed residential and business, where a lot of the night life in the west part of the city takes place. Polanco is the place where many museums, art galleries, embassies and businesses are. The apartment is located one block away from Parques Polanco shopping center, including Superama supermarket, restaurants, Starbucks, all main banks, Blockbuster´s and others. 5 minutes walking distance to heart of Polanco´s, Mexico City´s traditional high-end and business neighborhood.

I own this apartment, and currently rent it as a bed and breakfast from time to time, as I live in another apartment nearby. I work for a large technology company, in the Marketing department. I have travel extensively, and do not like to stay in hotels, as I feel that I miss a lot of what a country really is. I am 44 years old, single, and open to meet new friends from many parts of the world. Open to exchanges within Mexico as well.
