Looking for an exchange in San Francisco in May

We live in a nice and cosy apartment in the real center of Paris (4th district).
10 min away by walk and direct view on Notre Dame, our place has a perfect situation on the river Seine. This area is one of the oldest part of Paris called "Le Marais", with the famous Place Des Vosges and Place De La Bastille.
Our apartment is arround 60 sq meters (600 sq feet) with a queen-size bedroom and also a double sofa bed in the living room. Perfect for a couple, even with 1 or 2 children.
You can enjoy the direct view on the river Seine view from the balcony, take your time to prepare French food in the nice kitchen, and even rest in the bath at the end of the day.
This is a perfect location to visit Paris by walk, or you can rent a bike downstairs at the bike-station.

Le Marais ("The Marsh") is the most historic district in Paris. Long the aristocratic district of Paris, it hosts many outstanding buildings of historic and architectural importance. It spreads across parts of the 3rd and 4th arrondissements in Paris (on the Rive Droite, or Right Bank, of the Seine).
You can either walk in Le Marais, do shopping, have a picknick on the riverside or in the Jardin Des Plantes. Or if you prefer museum, Le Louvre is at 3 subway stations, National Museum of Natural History is 5 min by walk and Notre Dame also.
This area is really nice because it's calm, and closed to everything: restaurant, night life, movie theatre, museum, etc.
