The house is located in an ocean front condominium on a small, preserved and white sand beach, called Praia de Santiago, on the north coast of São Paulo State. The condo offers many facilities such as a service of chairs and parasol installed on the beach everyday by its employees, swimming pool, tennis court, squash, playground, sauna and security 24hs. The condo was awarded with a real state prize for its landscape architeture.
Our two storey house has 4 bedrooms,two of them furnished with duble beds and two with single beds. It still has another small room that can accomodate one more person. All dormitories have air conditioning, fan and TV. The kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators, stove, microwave, dishwasher and all kitchen supplies you may need. The laundry has a washing mashine and a dryer. The living room ir very illuminated and ventilated and is sorrounded by a pleasant varanda. In the back garden, there is a spacious deck with a big picnic table to get together. There is also a barbecue place and a pizza woodden oven.

Praia de Santiago is situated in one of the most beautiful streches of São Paulo State coast, where the montain range Serra do Mar bends over the sea, forming small bays. Serra do Mar has the largest extension of Mata Atlantica preserved. It is full of tropical vegetation, waterfalls and tracks that will allow you an unique experience. It is also known as one of the best spots in the country for surfing. We are 20 km far from São Sebastião city and 30 minutes drive to get the ferry to Ilhabela. If you are looking for nightlife, you can drive 5 km to Maresias Beach where there is plenty of restaurants, nightclubs and shops.
