Very charming 103 m2 apartment on the sixth floor ( south west) of
a circa 1900 building in Paris' left bank
comprising: three bedrooms (1 queen, 2 single), two bathrooms, one
toilet, and a lovely light 35 m2 living and dining
room which is equipped with cable LCD TV and a DVD
player (will play American DVDs), and with wifi
broadband internet access, a very well-equipped
kitchen (I just love cooking, sorry, I'm French!). The main bedroom has a queensize bed. Next to it there is a beautiful bathroom.
The children's bedroom has two single beds equiped with pullout beds plus a sofabed that
sleeps one adult, with an ensuite shower room
en suite bathroom.
I would like to point out that my apartment is
strictly for 6 people only, unless otherwise agreed.
There is a possibility to rent our flat to members of trocmaison, when a simultaneous exchange is not possible given the short notice.

The apartment with an impressive view is situated on a big boulevard at Porte de Versailles, in the very safe 15th district where a lot of temporary exhibitions are held. There are numerous very nice
local restaurants. The apartment is well served by
bus, metro and local rail services giving direct access to the center of the City and easy access
to the main rail stations and airports.It is also very close to the Bois de Boulogne where you can take a break in the rush.

The flat is available for rental in August 2013, possibly in July, at a resaonable price. It can also be available for rental for week-ends during the rest of the year or some school holiday from the 26th April till the 5th May

Our family:
I, Catherine, 49 year-old, am a former reporter for the press
and have been a writer for French TV for 15 years. I
am a divorced mother raising my 13 year-old twins, a boy and a girl, who are lively, but well-behaved. We
have a lovely 8 year-old British shorthair cat named
Melchior, also well-behaved, that we might ask you to
catsit (only if you are a cat lover) otherwise friends
will be happy to pamper him. We are also willing to
take care of your pets, though, sorry, we will not
have them in our apartment, which has just been
refurbished and installed with new furniture.
We will be very respectful of your home, as I would
hope you would be of ours. So far we have exchanged
or rented our apartment 10 times and these
experiences have always been great. We have a lot of
English-speaking friends in the area in case help is
needed.
I might also travel with a friend, with or without my
children.
