We have been living here for 5 years after a 2 years renovation!
Our flat is in a large, bright and very calm courtyard (the pictures attached are from several articles published in decor magazines about our house).
The living room and parents bedroom are quite luminous, looking west and benefits from sunlight till evening.
The living room & dining room is an open space, loft style with columns, with kitchen & TV room.
We provide 5 bedrooms: ours with a private bathroom & separate shower and 4 bedrooms for the kids (20 yrs old, 18,16 et 8), with their dedicated bathroom.
The flat has 3 toilets.
Our flat is a duplex, with a little mezzanine on the upper floor (with computer & internet) and a 15 square meters terrace.
The decoration style of our apartment is a boheme chic style, mix of contemporary furnishing with ethnic.
We can provide a Volvo 4x4 although it is not very useful in this central of Paris.
We have also 3 adult bicycles & 1 for small kid.
We have a beautiful cat that stays here most of the time & someone comes to take care of it every other day.

Our flat is in central Paris : 300m to Le Marais and 10 min walk to La Bastille. And still very quiet, as it is on a yard and a cul de sac. There are 3 metro lines (5, 8 & 9) less than 5 minutes walk and many bus lines. 30m from our apt is a public swimming pool quite nice. The area is full of cycling roads and we have two "Velib" stations on the corner (24 hrs take and drop cycle system) We are 10 minutes walking distance from Musée Picasso (closed until 2012).
Our supermarket is open daily 9am - 9pm, just in the corner.
In our neighbourhood & le Marais many restaurants & shopping boutiques. Cinemas 5/10 minutes walking distance.
We like to exchange house cleaning too.

During summer, our ideal swap period is mid July till August 8.
We are also open to exchanges during the year (school holidays) & spring week ends.

We are a family of 6 : 4 kids of 20 (Léo), 18 (Joseph), 16 (Marie) & 8 yrs (Balthazar).
Arnaud my husband is CEO in a media company. I design furnitures with an Indian partner and sell them around the world.
We have a Jack Russel & a cat. But friends take care of the dog on holidays.

For our work as for pleasure, we travel a lot and love it, and have been exchanging homes many times in the past 5 years. We love this opportunity to meet people around the world, and help each other to organize the best holidays through sharing our knowledge on our respective countries.
