Old 1850 pressoir, 210 sqmeter, fully restored in 2007, with old "colombages", close to a classified castle, 23 kms from Deauville and 50 kms from D-Day beaches, 4 rooms, up to 10 persons (3 double bed, 4 single bed, 1 baby bed), 3 bathrooms, heated swimming pool, barbecue, internet access, 8 bicycles and car (4X4 - 7 places) available. We are in the middle of "pays d'auge", famous for its stud farms, calvados distilleries and cheese ! (Camenbert, Livarot and Pont l'Eveque).

| The house is located very close to the Castle of the Le Pin charming village. Very peaceful roads around the house, only disturbed by horses and cows looking at you when you are bycicling and many typical French villages around, as Cormeilles (3,5 miles from the Pressoir) perfect for shopping and with all its typical french restaurants and antiques galleries. Deauville and its night life, as well as the beaches of Deauville and Villers sur Mer are only 25 kms through nice countryside roads. Cabourg and the typical port of Honfleur are less than half an hour by driving. |

French school holidays (Spring and summer). Usually we are looking for a three weeks exchange covering the last one of July and the 2 first of August. Usually Spring holidays in France cover two weeks in April.

We are a family of 4. I am a lawyer and my wife is general counsel of a listed French company. We have 2 boys (15 and 12 years old) who takes care of the others belongings as welle as they expects such others will take care of their own. We are non smokers and we have no animals. Very often the grand parents (2 persons) come with us on vacations. We can provide you with reference of the Canadian family with which we have made a 3 weeks exchange during summer 2008, or the Floridian family during summer 2009, if you want additional information regarding the house or our behaviour !
